Miniature pig balls – their words not mine, shredded chicken and wide rice noodles in Tom yum broth. Topped with pork crackling, fried fish sausage, and won ton crackers. I kid you not when I say this is one of the best noodles soups to have ever passed my lips – in Chiang Rai.
